Calling Cards
Calling cards are currently being provided by AT&T. Please submit a CNS Telecommunications work order in order to request a new calling card or disconnect a current calling card. Please provide the person’s name along with their UFID in order for us to process this request. It is very important to keep track of the employees who have calling cards in your area so you can disconnect them should the employee terminate employment in your department. For your assistance, each month CNS Telecommunications will monitor personnel actions related to terminations and will email the departmental contact with a list of employees with calling cards who have terminated employment with the university. Also remember, calling cards are subject to the same audit requirements as normal long distance calls.
