The UFIT Business Center centrally manages billing of all UFIT chargeback services. The services include:

- Infrastructure Services – Virtual Machine, Database, Web, and Storage
- Building Networks
- Application Development and Consulting
- Research Computing and Storage
- Video services, Software licensing, Web design, AV Installations
